Commission plan

Graduated tiers Set percentage
One fee for the whole deal, shared evenly by whoever worked it — two of our agents on a deal pay half each, not $200 apiece. Taken off the agent's side last, after the split and after any accompanied cut. It does not count toward the cap, so an agent who has capped still pays it. An agent on both sides of a deal is one person and pays one share.
Leave the last tier's “GCI to” blank so it stays open-ended.

Invite an agent

Only @pl-team.com addresses can be invited.

Agent details

Licensing, tax and contact records. Only administrators can see or edit this — it is stored separately from the rest of the app for that reason.
Identity & contact
Given to attorneys and co-operating agents on this agent's listings.

Only the last four digits of a Social Security number are kept here — enough to match an agent to their W-9, without holding identity-theft material in the database. The signed W-9 with the full number stays with your accountant.
